1. Eligibility for Returns :
You can return unworn, undamaged shoes within 30 days of the purchase date. The shoes must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Exchange Option :
If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt. We'll assist you in finding the right fit.
3. Refund Process :
Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods :
If your shoes arrive faulty or get damaged during normal use within the warranty period, we'll offer a replacement or full refund. Contact us immediately with details and photos for a swift resolution.
5. Exclusions :
Customized or clearance shoes are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
